Professional diploma in hospitality and catering from Montargis, in the same year as Marc. 13 years at the Sarment d'Or
Owner, Manager, and a graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon.
He started in luxury hotels in Paris such as La Tour d'Argent, the Ritz, the Crillon, and then the Majestic in Cannes. He also has had the good fortune to work with Trois Gros at the Lancaster in Paris, at the Bel Ami, the Montalembert and the Castille before settling in Riquewihr at the Sarment d'Or.
And so it was, after a childhood in the countryside in the Loire Valley, and all these years in different hotels and starting a career in the Paris region, that he finally came to Alsace!
Commercial and accommodation director, Lenny graduated from management school in Paris She worked at the 5*JW Marriott Hotel in Jakarta and the 5* Bel Ami in Paris She was recently Assistant Head of Works at a Hotel and Catering Lycée in the Paris region
